Largest Remote Consulting Network in California
Serving as the Technical Director, during design & implementation - The program now supports Stroke Specialists, who consult with emergency room and critical care physicians for on-the-spot advice for suspected stroke victims. This program has brought expert stroke care to remote patients and community hospitals who do not have specialists on staff. The technology has proven reliable and continues to play a significant role in preserving quality of life for many individuals.
EndoChoice, Inc.
EndoChoice is a rapidly growing medical technology company. The introduction of their revolutionary Fuse Video Solution provides unparalleled visual access for GI procedures. Studies by leading physicians demonstrate the life-saving implications of the EndoChoice technology.
For this project, guidance was provided for the product's field preparation, which included design of Use-Case design and user workflow methodology.
Interventional Endoscopy Center
Custom integration of the Interventional Endoscopy Center at California Pacific Medical Center (San Francisco). Comprised of five suites with conference/control area; An integrated selection of endoscopes, allowing users multiple viewing sources, simultaneously on the surgical display. Sources include endoscope, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy. Integrated streaming, video conferencing and a HIPAA-compliant recording, digital asset management, and remote-controlled cameras are controlled, via a centralized touch device at each treatment station.

CPMC Simulation Center
California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) unveiled a new state-of-the-art Surgical Simulation Education Center (SimSurg), which will support continued training for surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses. The Center leverages computer-controlled simulation models to create the various settings, which are needed for training.
MITIE at The Methodist Hospital
Houston's Methodist Institute for Technology Innovation and Education (MITIE) is a showcase of video technology and simulation lab. MITIE provides specific settings for clinical education and is available for courses conducted by healthcare facilities and industry leaders.
